Description
The Physical Therapist (PT) administers treatment to patients with physical disabilities by utilizing various physical modalities. The PT prepares equipment and instructs patients as part of therapy treatment. The PT demonstrates the knowledge and skill to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served, including growth and development, assessment and interpretation of age specific data, treatment and communications. The PT routinely cares for infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Active Pennsylvania PT License.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient relations skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Hours
Per diem; as needed.
